Who We Are

Lance “The Lion” Miles

The things in life that I love the most are God, Family, and Redefined Fitness. Over the course of our business we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people become healthier and happier in their fitness journey. We strive each day to live our core values and help our members become the best they can be. Leading our team is an honor and a job that I take very seriously. We give some high fives, celebrate in each others victories, and motivate one another. There’s no place else I’d rather train.

I married my very supportive wife in 2007 and we have one daughter who is my world and keeps us busy with softball and gymnastics. She wants to be a herpetologist (I don’t even know what that is).

Stephanie “Smiles” Miles

In 2012, I set out with my husband Lance to build a community of fit, healthier people who would learn how to love life, enjoy fitness, and what the body is capable of doing. Being a part of other lives and surrounding ourselves around positive people everyday makes my job enjoyable.

My responsibilities here include but are not limited to, payroll, coaching, managing back end and book keeping, organizing events, and coordinating with surrounding businesses for community outreach programs. It’s our passion to see those around us succeed and being a small part of that is extremely rewarding.

God and family are the most important thing to me and this community is my extended family.

Rebecca “Becca” Folmar

I joined CrossFit Redefined in 2020. In 2022 I became a Coach here at Redefined and have since made it my mission to help everyone here to become the best version of themselves they can be. I truly care about every member we have here, and I love to see their progress. I have personally experienced a life changing fitness journey because of CrossFit, and I know many of the struggles that we all face in life, and I hope to just be the voice of encouragement for everyone to be able to realize that they can do this, and they can achieve a healthy way of life.

I have been married to my husband for almost 18 years, together we have 6 beautiful children. In our free time we enjoy spending time together, hunting, fishing, hiking, going to movies, and traveling. To me time spent together is the most valuable time we have.
